Simon Jackson

JACKSON, Simon - Simon Louis Jackson, born 8th of July 1929, died 14th March 2026, aged 96. He was born in Cork, Ireland to Gerald and Annie Jackson, the youngest of three children. He married Jacqueline Pendry in 1953 and had three children--Vicki, Mark, and Adam. The family emigrated to Montreal, Quebec in 1967, with Simon eventually settling in Toronto after his divorce. He built a successful insurance brokerage, Simon L Jackson Insurance, and led a devoted team that remain lifelong friends. He is survived by his second wife Maja, his three children, nine grandchildren, and seven great- grandchildren. He will be sadly missed.
