Peacefully at home on Sunday, October 11, 2026, surrounded by love. Beloved wife and soulmate of the late Peter. Loving and devoted mother and mother-in-law of Shari and Randy (Rotchin) and Stacey and FM. Cherished Grandma of Katie Rotchin and Lev Kushnarev. Daughter of the late Ida and the late Ruby Sheffren. Dear sister of the late Billy Sheffren. Sister-in-law of Helen and the late Zalman Neudorf, Miriam and the late Michael Piafsky, Susan and Yigal Ratchman. Rhoda will be sadly missed by her many dear cousins, nieces, nephews, and many wonderful friends. She leaves behind a lifetime of beautiful memories. Her radiant smile lit up every room and her grace, elegance and terrific sense of humor will be warmly remembered and missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, (address not shown), on Wednesday, October 14 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
