Gail Silverstein

SILVERSTEIN, Gail Linda - April 17, 1938 - April 28, 2026. Peacefully and with dignity at Amica Newmarket, surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Ethel Morrison. Beloved wife of the late Harold (Choc) Silverstein. Loving mother and mother- in-law of Jay and Rosalyn, Danny and Virginia, and Lisa. Dear grandmother of Elijah, Jacob, Charlotte, Beatty, Belle, Matthew, Georgia, Rachel, David and Cristina, and great- grandmother of Nora. Gail was a daughter, wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great- grandmother and a cherished friend to many. She was one-of-a-kind, straightforward, practical and impractical at the same time. A paradox. Never one to miss a conversation, a party, a phone call. She had alot of stories to tell and shared them with whomever would listen. She loved the spotlight. She was easy to talk to and not judgemental but judged everything and everyone. She married her love, Choc, in 1962 and spent 56 memorable, wonderful years together until his passing in 2018. They have 3 great kids they loved very much. She spent a lifetime building loving and long-lasting friendships that endured until the end. She will be greatly missed by many.
