Suddenly and unexpectedly at Hillel lodge in Ottawa after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease. Much loved wife of Michael. Adored mother of Bonnie (Ed Haldorsen), and Eric (Stefanie Phillips). Proud grandmother (Bubbles) of Alexandra, Gillian, Parker and Emily. Much admired aunt of 12 Nieces and Nephews.Penny was a highly esteemed teacher in Montreal for 40 years and leaves behind large numbers of successful students. She will be sadly missed.
