WINSTON, Anita - It is with profound sadness we announce that 100-year-old Anita Roslyn Winston (nee Buckler) passed peacefully at home Monday, July 13, 2026, surrounded by her loving children. Beloved wife of the late Irving Winston, loving mother and mother-in-law to Rick, Lynn (Neil) Reid and Peter. Predeceased by her parents, Nat and Helen Buckler and her brother Bill. Devoted grandmother to Micole (Bob) Cochrane, Ryan Palmer, Stephanie (Mike) Davis and Evan (Lauren) Winston and Great Grandmother to Melissa, Megan, Mila, and Hannah. Family matriarch to many nieces, nephews and their own families. Special thanks to caring doctors Dr. Leslie Spevack and Dr. Imraan Nagdee of North York General Hospital and Dr. Beth Abramson, of St. Michael's Hospital. Gratitude to nurses Margaret, Lu and Heng Wen and their respective organizations for their kind manner and professional care.
