David Lambert

LAMBERT, David Stuart - Father and father-in- law of Jared, Jana, Hart and Katy and grandfather to Elias and Andi, passed away peacefully at Baycrest after a long battle with frontal temporal dementia. He was the devoted son of the late Jerry and Bernice Lambert, caring brother and brother- in-law to Robert z"l and Elaine, Jack z"l, and Rhonda, and a proud uncle to many nieces and nephews. We will remember David's life with love and gratitude. He was a devoted husband, a caring father, a dedicated physician, an athlete and a loyal friend. David was a kind and empathetic doctor who worked tirelessly in his office, in the emergency ward, and throughout his community. He was always ready with his medical bag to help a friend or neighbour. David faced his diagnosis of frontal temporal dementia with difficulty, as it profoundly changed the course of his life. He has spent the last six years at Baycrest, where he received exceptional care. Our family is deeply grateful to the doctors, nurses, and personal support staff for their unwavering compassion and dedication. We are especially thankful to Christie Taguiam , Khyra de Roxas and Paula Taguiam whose kindness and care allowed David to live his final years with grace and dignity.
