TAUB, Libby - It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Libby Taub (nee Greenglass) on March 17 2026, just shy of her 99th birthday. Beloved wife of the late Sol Taub. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Cheryl Lewis, Arthur and the late Fern Shapero, Arlene Rosenberg and David Shlagbaum, the late Neil Rosenberg, Stephen and Kelly Taub, and Shelly and Irv Pludwinski. Devoted Bubbie to Cheyana and Gus, Richard and Melissa, Elliot and Johanna, Rebecca, Jonathan and Amanda, Matthew and Alex, Nicole and Josh, Brandon and Alessia, Alexandra, Shawn and Ariel, Brandon and Sophie, and the late Kerry Allison, and the late Andrew Rosenberg. The best Bubbie Bubbie to Rowan, River, Samantha, Molly, Jacob, Joey, Ezra, Harrison, Brooks, Sebastian, Nathan, and Scarlett. She is also lovingly remembered by her bonus great-grandkids - Mel, Amelia, Vivian, Ivy, Jordy, and Benji. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Shaindie and Dave Mandel, the late Rose and Allan Spigelman, the late Philip (Fishy) and Laura Greenglass, the late Gertrude and Alex Taub, the late Albert and Evelyn Taub, and the late Faye and Saul Starr, the late Ruth and Bernie Taub, and the late Annie and Myer Shelson. She will be dearly missed by all her nieces and nephews. A heartfelt thank you to the staff and residents of Amica Thornhill for four unforgettable years of love, laughter, and dancing. You gave Libby not just care, but community, joy, and countless precious memories. As well, we would like to give a special thank-you to her exceptional friend and doctor, Zvi Gorlick. Our mother, bubbie and bubbie-bubbie was an extraordinary woman and the world is emptier without her. She was truly one of a kind.
